As the chief executive officer, Dan Duffy has set the bar high for the real estate industry. In addition to United Country, Dan and his management team launched United Country Auction Services, Enhanced Marketing Solutions and United Real Estate since he took over ownership in 2006. His impressive resume of more than 20 years of experience in senior-level executive positions make him a true pioneer in real estate marketing and technology.

Rick Haase, President of United Real Estate and Chief Operating Officer of United Real Estate Group, has led real estate brokerage strategy and operations for over 30 years. Since joining United, the company has improved its standing from 139th to 8th largest real estate brokerage nationally. Organizational growth and development have been hallmarks of Haase’s leadership. He has accomplished dozens of real estate mergers and acquisitions and led companies to tremendous organic growth. Haase is a frequent lecturer throughout the industry and has operated both traditional and transaction-based models for residential and commercial brokerages in addition to mortgage, insurance, title and settlement operations. He has held senior leadership positions with market share-leading companies in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio and Connecticut.

Most recently, Dickey was Sr. Vice President Professional Services for ePartners. ePartners, the Microsoft 2005 Partner of the Year, specialized in delivering, integrating and customizing solutions tailored specifically for each client’s business needs.

The group has a concentration in Microsoft .Net programming, Portal development services, systems integration, and a focus on ePartners’ core ERP and CRM product offerings.Prior to joining ePartners, Dickey was Director of Worldwide Professional Services at Pervasive Software where he led the services group in both North America and Europe.

The group focused on solving complex database problems and had a specific practice in replication and disaster recovery solutions.

Dickey has spent a number of years in the enterprise software space where he developed mission critical software for a wide range of businesses working with clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Office Depot, & Burlington Northern.Dickey received his BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, continuing education from Kellogg School of Management, and is a graduate of the Stagen Leadership Institute.

Doug brings over 25 years of real estate experience to United’s leadership team.  His real estate career began when he left a prominent position in the wine industry and to pursue his Colorado real estate license.  He and his family quickly opened 4 offices throughout the Centennial state and grew those to become the top real estate company in their market.  After a run of success with their family-owned offices, Doug took on various roles within United Real Estate Group’s management team.  Those efforts helped grow the United network to over 500 locations throughout the United States, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and Australia.  Throughout those various roles, he and his family moved to Australia to work hand in hand with their strategic partners, PRD Real Estate.  The opportunity to live and work in Australia, allowed Doug to work directly with the agents, brokers and executive leadership team within PRD to gain a better understanding of what makes PRD such a prominent force in the Australian real estate market.  Upon his return, Doug and the United team have been deploying some of those strategies in the U.S. to create an advantage for United Brokers and agents as well.

In 2020, Doug moved to a role as Vice President of Broker Engagement at United Real Estate.  In that role, Doug worked directly with the Brokers, Owners and Agents to leverage the myriad of tools and services available to them to help grow their business.  Working in collaboration with the rest of the United home office team, United and it’s family of companies have grown to over 22,000 agents across the country.  Some of the programs that Doug helped create or co-develop are; Game Changer Expert Panel Series, 4th and Goal Recruiting Drive, Business Planning Guides, The Big Dig, The Agent Income Calculator, Broker Leadership Program and more.  Doug also worked directly with sponsors/vendors to bring the best in class products to “Elevate”, United’s annual awards/training conference, where he has also been a speaker and presenter as well. 

Now in the role as VP of Business Development, Doug is working with company-owned and franchise locations alike to help grow their businesses through mergers, acquisitions and the opening of additional locations within their market.

Doug has a bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and a minor in Marketing from Colorado State University.  Doug and his wife, Jessica and reside in Centennial, CO with 3 their teenage kids and 2 dogs.

Mr. Scott Johnson joined United Real Estate as their Chief Financial Officer in January 2017 based out of their new Dallas headquarters.  In this role, Mr. Johnson oversees the accounting and finance teams based in Kansas City.  In addition, he is responsible for banking and shareholder relationships, providing actionable financial optics / insights to business unit leadership, delivering high-quality financial information and operating transparency to the Board along with leading the annual operating and strategic planning cycles for the enterprise.  

 

Prior to joining United, Mr. Johnson spent the most recent 5 years leading the analytics and planning teams at Interstate Batteries in Dallas ($2B aftermarket distributor of automotive batteries) and prior to that spent 11 years with PepsiCo ($62B multinational food and beverage company) in various division financial leadership roles (e.g., pricing strategy, field finance, customer risk, foodservice, etc). Prior to this, Mr. Johnson spent 6 years in the audit groups of Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young with a focus on banking, financial services and real estate.

 

Mr. Johnson and his three children live in Frisco Tx (suburb north of Dallas). Mr. Johnson earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas and his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.  Mr. Johnson is a licensed CPA in Texas.

Amanda Cline joined United Real Estate Group in 2010. Having worked in all facets of marketing, Amanda brings extensive experience and a valuable, big-picture perspective to United Real Estate. As a member of the leadership team, Amanda actively drives and supports operational and growth strategies for United through an array of marketing initiatives while leading and mentoring a team of marketing project management and design professionals. Amanda also assisted in building the largest in-house real estate marketing services organization in the U.S, Enhanced Marketing Solutions® (EMS), delivering over 1,000 projects annually and winning over 50 USA Today and National Auctioneer Association Marketing excellence awards. 

Prior to joining United, Amanda worked as a National Account Executive for a large regional homebuilder and developer. Responsible for a 13-state territory, Amanda managed over 400 marketing projects per year. Whether executing a multi-state campaign or developing a social media strategy, Amanda has the expertise to bring any projects into the spotlight and utilize marketing or advertising strategies to achieve business goals. 

Amanda has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado – Boulder in Management with a concentration in Marketing and earned her MBA from Baker University. Amanda was recently named a 2023 RISMedia Newsmaker and to the 2022 Ingram's 40 Under 40 class. She was previously named a Rising Star in 2014 by KC Business Magazine.
 

Chastity Davenport, VP of Brokerage Development, is devoted to fostering talent and excellence within United Real Estate’s national network. Leveraging her extensive experience as a brokerage owner/operator, she drives dynamic strategies for recruitment, retention and agent performance. Dedicated to empowering brokerage owners, Chastity equips them with United's toolkit for growth, including Bullseye Productivity Platform, Learning Academy, Marketing Hub and array of brokerage services. April Gonzalez serves as Communications & Media Manager for United Real Estate. She has more than 15 years of expertise in communications and marketing, specifically within the real estate, mortgage and title insurance sectors. In her role, she helps drive strategic initiatives to increase the company’s share of voice in the media landscape and creates a positive brand image for United’s key audiences. Her role encompasses leading tactical communications strategies, coordinating media campaigns for merger & acquisitions, spearheading the creation and deployment of press releases and championing United’s thought leadership. She ensures the alignment of messaging and effective internal and external communications, amplifying United’s recognition as one of the top ten real estate brokerages and underlining its value proposition to agents and consumers alike. 

Jayne Ann Conklin is a servant-leader executive based in Kansas City, MO, with a diverse background spanning various industries, Jayne brings over two decades of experience in strategic planning, operation and administration management, and cross-functional leadership.  Jayne Ann's expertise in real estate operations and franchise management was honed during her tenure at United Real Estate & United Country Real Estate. In this role, she plays a pivotal role in expanding the national footprint of the organization, overseeing the integration, launch and onboarding of new real estate offices, and implementing company-wide initiatives to optimize processes and maximize efficiency.

Zhanneta is an accomplished veteran of the real estate industry and a strong advocate for her agents’ success. She began her real estate career as a residential sales agent in 2004 and  quickly became a national top producer, ranking among the top 1% of residential real estate professionals in North America.

In 2008, Zhanneta launched a successful sales team covering D.C., Maryland and Virginia. She obtained her Associate Brokers license in 2013 and served in executive leadership roles with Long & Foster in Northern Virginia. Zhanneta’s focus is to develop, train, attract and lead by example. She excels at delivering collaborative agent training and enrichment programs and teaches Ethics at the North Virginia Association of Realtors where she received the organization’s 2018 Code of Ethics Award.

A REALTOR® since 1999 and a broker since 2012, Carol Drake’s areas of expertise run from luxury properties and residences to farms, ranches and undeveloped acreages, especially in and around Conroe, The Woodlands, and Magnolia, where she moved in 1998.

Carol enjoys travel, exercise, music, theater, cooking, sewing and raising cattle and horses. She speaks Spanish and has worked with the United Way’s Women Who Rock campaign, assisting young mothers who wish to further their educations.

MICHELLE SESSOR, Managing Broker of Charles Rutenberg Realty Fort Lauderdale joined the CRR Team back in 2012 bringing to the table an extension administrative career in Real Estate that began in Northern Virginia in 1993.  After relocating in 1996 to South Florida she continued in the Real Estate industry expanding her administrative knowledge and adding experience in the Title Insurance field.  With a vast knowledge of the industry including Administration, Sales and Title Insurance she was a quintessential addition to the team at CRR in 2012.
